News broke in August 2006 of a brilliant 'Disutility' study by expert members of the Community Health Council. This looked at various factors in our local rural health service, in particular the difficulties of transport. We show here the news item and the result of that study, the CHC's "The People's Vision". These are as relevant now as then.
